The level of invasiveness of a medical exam is obviously a lot greater. Doctors are much better trained and you pretty much get to pick your doctor. But both are people doing their jobs trying to keep people alive and both, I expect, are well beyond getting any sexual gratification out of it.

Show people that it helps, that TSA has found destructive material on 3 y o or 85 y o grannies or on ANYONE and I bet most people would then be ok with it.

007 are you talking about the Arizona law recently upheld in the Supreme Court? If so I honestly have no problem with that law or challenge to the justice department. I think in that case there was some ambiguity about federal authority and that Arizona, in that case, had a really good state law that could potential cause issues for defiant hirers of illegal aliens.

TSA does not = Doctor

I have complete faith, trust and respect for my Doctor. With their YEARS of training and experience they have earned the respect that they deserve. The TSA on the otherhand is stafffed by a bunch of people that would have trouble working at McDonalds.

What security need is there to check out a 4yo kid or a 90yo little greyhaired lady? Yep, there sure are a lot of preschool kids and retirees trying to take over airplanes these days. But we have to go so far out of our freaking way not to offened anyone by profiling.

True, but there's been plenty of complaints of sexual abuse by physicians. Just saying.
