Ryan P going for some sort of off-the-field record

The "who hasn't ever had an argument in a restaurant before" defense is awfully lame considering the fact that he arrived there 30 minutes after it had closed.

Miles calling to apologize is perhaps the most bizarre part of the story.

As your somewhat resident Tiger and LSU alumnus, I'm getting sick and tired of this. Embarassed as well.

I wanted him gone last August. I'm willing to take lumps with Lee in 08 to get ready for 09 than rely on a complete unreliable in RP for the year. How can you trust him to play, much less lead?

This has gotten to the point where it's not about giving a kid a chance and trying to help him reach his potential as it is about winning. And that disgusts me. There used to be ideals called dignity and integrity. Oh well.

I didn't click on this thread at first because I figured it was one of the old Ryan Perrilloux in trouble threads. It's pretty sad that there are so many that I instinctively think this.

Not saying this to you, Wild Bill, but there are several ,who still post here, who spouted off about Mack's "whiffing" during the recruitment of this pissant.

You know who you are and I imagine many on here also recall.

Maybe it is time for you guys to spread your favorite condiments on a double helping of crow and wolf it right down.

Mack seldom, if ever, whiffs, and he damned sure DID NOT in this case.

Thank whomever you worship that we have Mack. At least leave the man alone and let him run this program as he sees fit

With a little bad luck, we could have gotten someone like Switzer, Miles, Nutt, or Franchione.

***sigh***

That is pretty ignorant, but I guess that is just how you are. I know plenty of people from both Texas and Louisiana that attended LSU and they are not like that. Has anyone ever thought that maybe Perrilloux is still on the team b/c Miles is waiting to see if his freshmen Qb's are ready yet. If they aren't perlloux stays and if they are then he is gone. Just be careful throwing stones b/c of OUR glass house ("book'em horns" stuff). Things will eventually work themselves out, no use talking about it everyday.

While that may be true, why would you risk ANYTHING at this point when you've already been suspended multiple times and just got reinstated like 2 days earlier?

You just answered your own quesition....

In reply to:

"Those boards are correct. From my first hand experience, that's pretty much the way LSU fans settle things...either with their fists or throwing beer bottles or glasses at folks."

Hey Horn69 - care to share some of that first hand experience with the great unwashed on HF
