I don't care what one's politics are- everyone has to look at the GOP field and race with jaws dropped. In the history of primaries- how often has a favorite been so difficult to find?? It's as if they don't want to settle on anyone because they're always searching for something better- and when they do start to like someone is exactly when they start shopping for something better. It's kind of like how a lot of my guy friends and I were when we dated girls- when we were 22 years old. It was fun to always look for something better (not saying we were studs- we weren't, but we sure tried!)
Usually the Dems shoot themselves in the foot- I have to say the GOP may do that this time and it is shocking. In 2000- people wanted McCain early on, but the "smart money" started backing GWB and the rest is history. The GOP all fell in line. Now- we have the tea party folks fighting the Reagan-like GOP and the Reagan wanna-bes, coupled with adultery and rampant hypocrisy from some candidates.
Unless Christie changes his mind- I don't see this coming together anytime soon.
