Roe is dead

Impeachable:

See, they don't care about the constitution, but their own personal political agendas. I couldn't agree more that it should be up to the individual states to decide and it is not a constitutional right.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the one thing I do agree with libs on is when states outlaw abortions as it already has happened, those who want one will figure out how to get it somewhere somehow. Yes I'm referring to the dimly lit back alley dangerous abortions. Like it or not, it will happen. Had libs argued safety instead of rights it probably could have led to a better conversation, but lesbians with pink ******* on their heads screaming at you about rights led us to here. Just wait until the first 16 year girl dies in someone's garage.

That looks like a state issue, not a federal one. Probably the reason they didn’t use it.

Kavanagh's concurring opinion contains one of the best-written (and most balanced) statements I've ever seen on the topic:

"The Court’s decision today properly returns the Court to a position of neutrality and restores the people’s authority to address the issue of abortion through the processes of democratic self-government established by the Constitution."

Can you imagine RBG reading that in the afterlife? Rolling in her grave to hear the SC not making laws!

Surely the justice department will use every tool at their disposal to protect SC justices too, right???

Me hoping Moloch worshippers leave Texas.

Lots of threats but there haven't been any riots yet.

It's possible that the tantrum following the leak sorta blew most of their steam. And do keep in mind that a lot of the vitriol on this (and all of it that is coming from politicians because they know the real effect of the ruling) is theatrics to motivate Democratic voters. Well, it's hard to fake that indefinitely.

If you think turning an issue over to the voters is declining democracy, then you have no idea what "democracy" means. It just shows that the "democracy" talking point that liberal media outlets and politicians have blabbing for the last several years is truly just political rhetoric with no basis in reality whatsoever.

I've never understood taking your clothes off to protest, especially if you're a chick. It makes no sense at all.

They are always fat ugly women too. Get some hot ones stripping and I might attend a protest.

Besides celebrities, I've known very few attractive, liberal women. When I was in my early 20s, I dated a cute, quirky granola chick who was pretty liberal (though not by today's standards and not a whiny snowflake like most today), but even she wasn't superhot. Just not bad - definitely looked better than the chick taking her clothes off at the Supreme Court.
