I'm rooting hard for Ricky. I really want to see him succeed in the NFL again. I don't understand how Charley Casserly still has a job in any form related to the NFL.

Heinz Field was a complete disaster the night Ricky was injured. You cannot really judge anything from that night.

I sincerely hope that Casserly does not lay eyes on Ricky Williams in person one more time his entire career. The man is the death toll for any team and maybe player with too much exposure to his ilk. That he has a job and had one with teams means that some here have a superhighway paved.

Let's also not forget Seth Wand in the 3rd round, or our first 3rd rounder ever, Charles Hill, who didn't even make it out of his first training camp. And Babin wasn't just a #1, we traded up from the 2nd round to take him, giving up a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and downgrading our 5th. Essentially, we gave up two 2nds, two 3rds, a 4th, and lessened a 5th for Babin and Buchanon...

Let's also not forget Casserly passing on taking Vince, giving David Carr a humongrous raise, then the Texans releasing him after he continued doing zilch.
I also cannot understand why Casserly is consulted in any way about the NFL.
