For what its worth I just got an apartment off 360 and 2222 and I received two weeks free, which was surprising since the place was almost completely filled.

I preleased at the Preserve off Southwest Pkwy on a 1/1 with den. The price when I applied for it was 892... within 2 weeks the price had dropped almost $70/mo. Now we will be paying about 830. I assume it will change again this summer when people start to come in on shorter notice.
