RBG in hospital with infection

The funny thing is that our self-appointed resident constitutional scholar Mr Deez (said tongue in cheek) is asleep during this breaking news. Would like to see his face when he wakes up tomorrow.

I woke up at about 5:00 a.m. to relieve myself and saw the news. I commented in the other thread. It definitely tainted my sleep for awhile.

Also, NJLonghorn is our constitutional scholar.

Is he the one that moved to London?

I'm not in London. I'm in Feltwell (very close to RAF Feltwell, where Mrs. Deez's new office is). It's about 100 minutes from London.

DoD doesn't put many people in big cities anymore unless there's a pretty strong reason for them to be there. The housing costs (and therefore the housing allowances) are too high. For example, the housing allowance for London is about $22K per year higher than it is here. If you work for the Embassy or do embassy security, then it makes sense to do that. They have to be in London, but there's no reason to put her there. That would just be a flagrant waste of taxpayer money, and frankly it would be much less convenient to the locations she has to visit.
