RB breakdown in Boulder

Who do Longhorns think will get the majority of carries in Boulder on Saturday night? My money is on Cody Johnson since I think Colorado will play off to keep everything in front of them in an attempt to try to slow down the UT offense.

I believe McGee will start, but Johnson will get a significant number of carries this week - probably more than McGee or Obie One. Despite sitting out the Arky game, I suspect we may see little to no Fozzy on Sat., as they may want to have him fully rested and ready for ou - but I could be wrong about Fozzy playing.

From the title i thought this thread would be about Scott breaking down in Boulder.

As for our backs I agree, McGee out of the gate, but Cojo getting the bulk of the work after he breaks a 20 yarder. See you next week Fozzy.

It doesn't matter who gets the most yards; the goal is to get the rushing yards, keep the ball, and stuff Colorado. Obviously, we don't have Ricky, Earl, Cedric or the wishbone greats.

Cody will get the most carries and have a breakout game of 115 yards. Asuuming that Fozzy doesn't play.

Fozzy is injured and ruled out of the Colorado game. I see lots of passing for UT. The Link

Cody, Colt, then McGee. Cody due to the # of short yardage carries and 2nd half carries.

They have been talking all week about Cody and the running game so I wouldn't be suprised to see them open it up and show something different. They are going to want to go up early on Colorado and get them to quit. They will do this best by scoring points in the passing game. Colt will get some runs in that scheme.
