Why? I guess I better start clucking because that's the first thing I thought of when I realized what the schedule was. How many times did that worthless piece of **** Friday night game in Omaha cost us a National Championship.
We have all played the better teams and can still wind up with multiple teams with two conference losses tied for first. So, let's send our two best to Atlanta and eliminate one of them from the playoffs. Send Auburn & Kentucky to Atlanta and tell ABC to "eat ****", while trying to get 3 or 4 in the playoffs (if that's possible) before the SEC/Big Ten tell the NCAA take your "little sisters of the poor" and have a nice playoff with all 5,000 fans in the stands.
That doesn’t work if one of the CCG participants is outside the top 12 going into the game.Agreed. I like conf champ games though.
If they picked the 12 before conf champ games, then let those games affect seeding, it could make sense.
ABSOLUTELY! The only game that matters at this moment is the next game - total focus on Kentucky.Until then- focus on Kentucky.
He apparently is already gone.If true, “Idiot” does not begin to describe that dude.
Oh right. Obviously. My badThat doesn’t work if one of the CCG participants is outside the top 12 going into the game.
Being in a conference should be a qualification for being involved in the CFP.I know its about the money. But until ND gets into a conference no team in a power 4 should schedule them (I know the ACC has a deal with ND, but they should just join the conference.)
