and Kearney's is tax free. What a crock. Yeah, I understand Texas didn't want depositions, but to reward a person who broke just about coach-student relationship rule there is is just wrong. The only solace is karma is a *****.

So Fenves pussys out and uses money that is not his to protect his friends. I've watched some ****** up things happen at The University, but this travesty is near the top.

The 2 years is the Statute of Limitations. She will use every chance she has to embarrass the University hoping they will settle. I would even go as far as to suggest she will try to bring Kearney back into the picture.
