Refreshing to see the DA not move forward. Many DA's would have steamed ahead to keep their name in the press as 'tough on crime' and forced Xavier to prove his innocence. (yes, just the opposite of what is supposed to happen but welcome to the real world)

Remember Scotty Scheffler? How easy it was to be arrested and pillared in the press and then how his dismissal was less newsworthy.

and both mugshots are now immortalized in history due to social media.
