Attorney Joe Domask, who is currently representing Darrell Brooks in several Milwaukee cases, told Fox News on Monday that "I do not represent Mr. Brooks in any matters in Waukesha County or regarding the incident that occurred yesterday in Waukesha County.

"Nor will I be doing so in the future," Domask added.

"Here at Domask Law, our hearts are broken for all families affected by the tragedy at the Waukesha Parade," he continued. "The Waukesha community is dear to our hearts here and we joined in their sorrow. And we keep all those affected by this incident in our thoughts and prayers."

I handled an injury case for a guy who, while his case was pending, got arrested for raping a 13 year old girl at knifepoint that got my office called by media. I didn't want anything to do with it either.

Now the "knife incident "Brooks supposedly fled from was a domestic violence call. Maybe that is why he was barefoot.
Lots of moving parts. More will come out I am sure
But can't think of anything that will change the horrific driving through the people and keep on driving after people were hit.

He was a felon in possession of a firearm so I'm not sure how that would have been handled. Not sure a jury would have been sympathetic toward a rioter claiming self defense either.

Add "I didn't know there was no evidence that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist."

And 90 percent of this was known months ago, but the media made up a total fairytale and continues to push much of it even after they know it's all ********. This is why the "enemy of the people" characterization resonates and why nobody other than media people really gets mad about it. They are rank propagandists with no respect or concern for the truth. As I've said several times, it's time to overhaul the defamation laws in favor of defamed people.

Yeah, a felon possessing a firearm who was RIOTING, not protesting, who just shot a teenager who was defending himself from another rioter. Pretty sure that would be cold blooded murder and prosecuted that way besides all of the other laws being broken at that time.

Instead, how about bringing in a trial lawyer alum to explain the facts and law of this case, and how the jury's decision was all but a foregone conclusion.
