Being a mom has got to be one of the toughest and endless yet most rewarding jobs there is. I can say from personal experience that support and love from those around you is one of the best sources of strength and the fuel for courage needed to do that job.
Call your mom or stop by and thank her. Not just on mother's day but throughout the year. If you've got a sister or daughter or neighbor who's a mom and going it alone, sometimes a few encouraging words and a helping hand can go a long ways.
If you've lost your mom or close to someone who has, send up a prayer for them. This is a difficult time and losing a parent can leave a huge hole in your life and your heart, and love and support from those around you can help ease that loss.
