Prayers for grandfather

My grandfather was in hospital for two weeks after a light heart attack and pnumonia. He's now in a nursing home. He can no longer sit up, eat or basically talk. He's a shell of the mana he was. He's 85 and has always been a strong hard working man. It has been very painful for my grandmother who has been married to him for over 60 years. She wants his suffering to end. Please keep him in your prayers and that he will soon be at rest. He has two sons and a grandson waiting for him in heaven.

Prayers for a peaceful and quick passing (if that's essentially what you guys want). That is no way to live and I understand your grandma's reasoning. Prayers for you, the rest of your family, and especially your grandma and grandpa as one. He will not be alone once he is in heaven as you aren't amongst your Hornfans family.

Prayers for peace. it's not easy I went through something similar with my grandad over a year ago. it was more downs then ups after awhile and when he got really bad we wanted him to know it was okay to "let go" and be with the angels. he was 95 yrs old and had a good life.

Prayers. I lost my grandfather to cancer a year and half ago and he did not go quietly. Prayers for Grandma too; losing 2 sons, a grandson, and maybe her husband...that's gotta be hard.
