I hope this isn't too depressing for you guys.

I took this photo on Highway 79 last week. I figure that some of you probably haven't been by this spot. Such a sad place. So really peaceful in some ways.

It's hard to believe it's been seven and a half years since Cole died.

The caption on the first post reads "My Son, My Son, My Son. Cole Pittman ... In life he touched our world. In death he rocked it. Blessing God every day of his life."

I can't watch the video at work, but if it's the one where we took a knee instead of kicking the PAT, I gotta say that THAT was one of the times I felt the proudest of our guys... On a televised game no less... it doesn't get enough credit as an awesome moment in sports...

I'm blessed to get to have lunch with the Pittman family on Tuesday and I can not wait to get to see Mr. Pittman. The Pittman family has touched many lives and it is admirable to see how these lives are touched. Hook'em forever Cole!

Leaving 44 on the board was a class act by Major and his teammates. We recognized it when they didn't line up for the kick.

Very memorable game for me. It was on my birthday.
