People who drive under the speed limit (I'm willing to expand this to less than 5 miles over) in the left hand lane and are not actively passing someone.

People who make a large order (more than a carful) of food in the drive thru lane.

People who work at Popeye's Chicken and don't cook enough spicy chicken, so you either have to wait 15 minutes or order regular.

How about people who post in a thread about shooting people in the face and then take offense to someone who should be shot in the face saying they should be shot in the face in the face.
