Black on White racism? Transgender in the wrong bathroom? WTF?

Links to facts would be appreciated. These doers of crime deserve at least 40 days and 40 nights in the slammer.
 
My God, that was violent.

Would it be racist to mention the 2 black women repeatedly beat slammed and whaled on that white woman, to the point she had a seizure while the black manager and at least 2 black employees watched ?

There is no context so far but there couldn't be one that would justify what was shown there .
If it hadn't been for that older white woman the younger victim would probably be dead.
Nice of the black employee to urge the 2 black chicks who did the veating to hurry off as the police were on the way.
 
According to reports, the "woman" was actually a man who refused to leave the women's restroom. And the "seizures" were faked, too. As soon as the police arrive, she stood right up and was fine.

That would be disgusting for the 2 black women and would hve justified getting the manager involved for sure. but that beat down?

McDonald's hired 50,000 people Tuesday (who says the economy isn't adding jobs). I don't know if the employees at the store in the video were part of the hiring spree or not. I don't eat at McDonald's very often anyway, but now I'll make it even more of a point not to eat there. What a bunch of losers.

So far all we have is the mickey D's employee who took the vid of the person ( woman or man()being beaten over and over by 2 women while the manager and the employees watched.
The employee who at first said it was a transgenedered person but who has since removes everything EVERTHING? Credibility??

but for the sake of discussion let's say it was a transgendered person and let's say he/she did refuse to leave the women's bathroom?
Did that justify everyone standing around while he/she got the crap beaten out of her/him over and over and over?
Really?
Maybe this person really did fake a seizure. If so the the facts will come out
but What facts could there be to justify the beating this person took while the mgr and employees looked on and used their camera phone instead of helping.

EVEN if this was a transgendered person did this person deserve this?
 
First of all, everyone who thinks that eating at Mickey Ds is reasonable ought to take some self defense lessons because, in looking for some hot links on the subject of this thread, I waded through at least four different stories regarding beat downs the Golden Arches.

Secondly, the manager does try to intervene. More than once, but he leaves each time, possibly to call the police. Who knows?

It is impossible to tell what happened from the footage, save the guy waving his camera phone around is an idiot product of our YouTube nation (there are probably hundreds of fight videos on YouTube). The older white woman doesn't take a beating (I think she got shoved), so it wasn't simply beat 'whitey' day. Someone said or did something. I also couldn't really tell if both assailants were black.

Anyway, would it be racist for me to point out that a white woman tried to beat two black women for running out of chicken mcnuggets or that a white manager absolutely thrashed and mangled a black subordinate for what appears to be no reason at all (something about scheduling, and the manager plead guilty)?

Let me be the first to ***** about Jesse and Al failing to protest the whomping of the woman in the title vid. What's wrong with you guys? You're getting a little slow on the draw.
 
This episode is really sad in so many ways. And the craving of a certain element here and on free republic to some how pin this on certain elected officials and there cabinet appointments is just even sadder.
 
These two women are animals. Surely the police are looking for them and hopefully they will be brought to justice.

Wild animals like these should be put in cages, which is where they belong. Fortunately, we already have cages built for them and other people like them.

I look forward to hearing that these women have been put in prison for a very long time.
 
I witnessed an event somewhat like this at a restaurant in small town texas a few decades past. The offender had been having his way with his gf and her brother and father caught up with him at the cafe and proceeded to beat the bejeezus out of him in the parking lot. It was a small town and not much to do so most of us patrons just watched. All the participants were hispanic and intoxicated and the cops showed up and separated them but the fight lasted a minute or two after the cops showed up and they got involved but more effectively than the other three. The cops were all hispanic. A bystander began whining about police brutality and racism and I pointed out that all involved were the same ethnicity. He rejoined that if it was a white guy the cops would not have reacted so firmly.

We all read into situations the ideas we show up with.

My reaction to the video was that McD's is a place where lowlifes hang out and buy their late night snacks. Food sucks and so do a lot of the customers. The help is mostly high school kids in the day and people who are bottom enders at night. Expecting appropriate behavior seems a little optimistic to me.

This is not a race thing, it's a class/culture thing. The certain elected officials were voted in by low class/****** up culture voters.
 
If you're implying that they belong to a lower-socioeconomic class that has traditionally been convinced to vote against their own self-interests, you must mean they vote Republican...

If you are going to argue socio-economic excuses for crimes, then this should be point #1 for why we shouldnt have hate crimes, only crimes.
