OU Pro Day...Ehhh, Not So Good

I'm not sure what to make of it to be honest with ya pharm.
On 1 hand, the NFL who has interests in drafting him have seen more film than they care to look at on him I bet & a bad time shouldn't hurt him at all w/ them unless they thinks it's an injury situation that may never recover.
Hell, he wouldn't even be offered a scholly @ OU or Texas if he ran a 4.7 & I think we all know what kind of player he is.
But, the scout going back & telling the GM it's all good just had a bad day & the GM writing the check believing that are 2 totally different things.
All of the scouts will chime in w/ him that it's not that big of deal & they watched enough of him that he's still good w/ that franchise but I'm not so sure how the guy writing the check thinks about it.
He may slip & he may be a top 10 pick.
He is visiting Cincy, Minn & Pitt this week & they probably wouldn't bring him in after his showing if they were not still interested in drafting him that high.
Him venting can't be good tho because it's the NFL, not the OU staff that determines where you run on Pro Day.
Him calling out the OU staff as having anything to do w/ where it's ran only shows lack of understanding of the process by him & his agent.
He hasn't ran at any time until yesterday, the last possible day & there was a reason for it.

I will make you whatever the bet (barring injury) that Granger will be a 1st round pick next year.
Sig bet for 6 months, maybe?

40 times determine how good of ball player you are? Wow! I guess maybe everyone should focus recruiting track guys instead of ball players.

I doubt MK forgot how to catch everything thrown in his direction because he now runs a slower 40 than previous years.

He still might be drafted high in the 1st.
I guess it depends on how much the GM for that team trusts the scout who has been watching him.
At this point I have no idea where he'll go.
He could end up being the 1st WR picked or fall to the 3rd.

I don't care if Kelly is a Sooner or not, I feel bad for a kid when they sabotage themselves. The way I see it, he probably did more damage to his draft position by pitching a fit than he did by running a slow 40 yard dash. Had he handled things with a little more maturity, it might not have affected his draft position at all, but now there will be questions about his attitude.

How badass of a coaching staff does OU have if our main WR runs a 4.7 & our best corner runs a 4.6 & can win the BIG XII back-2-back?!!
What an incredible ability they have to get everyone to overachieve for most of the season.
