UCLA had some of the best opposing fans I've encountered before, at a regular season game at AT&T stadium some 6-7 or so years ago. Plenty of delightful folks who knew the game and were very cordial and respectful towards opposing fans.

Get a penalty for knocking off a face mask then letting the clock run out with a timeout on the board. After the two minute warning Chicago had the poorest clock management I have ever seen. That clock management was so bad it looks really suspicious. No excuse for that in the NFL.
