Burrow all day to throw against Ga 3 man rush. Finds man in endzone. TD LSU. They’re looking at it to see if he bobbles it.

TD confirmed.

LSU 7
Ga 0

McDonald pushes forward on a QB sneak rugby scrum on 4th down in the red zone. First and goal Hawaii.

Boise D holds. FG Hawaii. Wait. Flag. Offsides BSU. Now Hawaii goes for it on 4th and goal. McDonald tackled at the one. So Hawaii took 3 points off the board to go for it on fourth and goal and they fail. Somebody send that coach a new binder.

Hawaii 3. (Should be 6)
Boise St 3

Mid 2nd Q.

Burrow hitting a few passes in a row. LSU deep in the red zone

Burrow has a very fast release.

TD LSU. Burrow keeps finding the open man.

LSU 14
GA 0

Early in, Georgia wasn’t getting pressure on Burrow with a 3 man rush. Now they send more men to rush the QB and Burrow picks them apart. Hard to stop this.

Fromm hobbling after a hit. He slowly walks off the field.

And if his first gross overthrow is any indication, the Ga backup QB sucks.

Memphis with a 52 yard FG.

Memphis 20
Cincy 21

And now Memphis with a pick. Good one-on-one DB play where he boxed out the Cincy WR.

Nifty shovel pass by Memphis for a nice gain. Memphis driving near midfield.

Boise St is pulling away from Hawaii. They’re pressuring McDonald and making tackles. The Bows D can’t keep up with these guys either. End of third quarter.

Boise St 24
Hawaii 3

I'm a huge Joe Burrow fan but man is it hard to root for him as Brando and Danielson announce the game from their knees in anticipation in celebration of him and LSU. I don't watch many SEC games but this is Fox News/MSNBC level bias.

Kind of reminds us of how hood Texas was before the injuries set in. Sigh.

Yes we were really good before the injuries, but Randy McEachern filled in really well and we went he rest of the regular season undefeated.

I'm tired of the little ***** excuses about injuries. Sure we had some, but not a single Hype$man candidate or Outland or Thorpe candidate among them.

When folks (non-UT types) ask me what happened this year, all I can tell them is we were outplayed in the games we lost. There might be a barrel full of excuses or reasons, but I don't give excuses. Save what we see on the field and discuss here on the board.

Georgia lost to a terrible South Carolina team. They simply were not a top 5 team. Of all SEC teams, Auburn is better than both Georgia and Bama. Thankfully, only 1 SEC team makes the playoffs. And aggy still has a chance to coattail themselves another natty.

An aggy neighbor hung out a aggy banner today. Thinking it was for all of the ags who were in Pearl Harbor on 07 Dec 1941, I asked him why hang it today? For Pearl Harbor? No for the SEC Championship game. I just shook my head, but before I could walk away peacefully, he asked me why Texas (I was wearing a Texas hat) was afraid to play aggy. I reminded him aggy was the one who walked away, and Texas has moved on.

I like how Wisky is trying to score with less than :30 left in the 1st half, rather than just letting the clock run out and go to the locker room.
