OTHER GAMES

So OkSt plays their best game against us then completely folds. TTU the same. It would be nice if we started playing like the big dog these guys think we are.

Wave the Wheat. KU bowl eligible for first time since 2008. Didn’t their new coach and his staff from Buffalo bring 22 portal players with him? Whatever it was - they’re legit. No longer the conference doormat.

Tennessee exposed

I'd hardly say 27-13 is being "exposed". I think Tenn was overwhelmed with this big of a game and situation on the road early on not being competitive for 20 years, but settled down in the second quarter. By then it was too late and Georgia is too good of a team to give up a lead like that. They played evenly the rest of the game.

The score is not a good indicator of this game. Georgia dominated this game in all phases of the game. Tennessee is good, but Georgia is the best team in the country by a good margin.

Please tell me how Georgia dominated this game in all phases. They definitely held Tennessee well below their season averages but domination is not what I would call it. They out gained Tennessee by a whopping 98 yards and won 27-13. Is that what you call domination? I'm not going to argue that Georgia isn't the better team, but hold the ropes on "by a good margin".

They were never in the game. Didn’t score a TD until late 4th quarter after coming in as the highest scoring offense in the country. Georgia shut that down hard. Sacked 8 times. They’re good, but Georgia dominated them on O, D and special teams. They did dominate in penalties, though.

Just my opinion though.

Anybody else having this problem? Three times now espn has cut away during actual play for commercials in the Ala LSU game. Most of the commercials are for local Colorado political races. The first time it happened, there were about 4 minutes of commercials and I missed a significant chunk of play.

Ok, so stats and score doesn't matter except for your stats and score. Last comment on this. Tenn never had a chance to win and Georgia out played them, but that does not mean domination. It means the better team won. I'm done.

I’m just switching over from our game at halftime. So are the defenses that good, or the offenses that inept?

Unusual call in Bama LSU game. Bama tight end catches the ball near the sideline, takes a few steps, and then LSU defender rips it out. Bama tight end's momentum swings his legs out of bounds as he falls, but as LSU defender is falling on the ball on the ground in bounds (and actually barely has two hands on it), Bama tight end swipes at the ball just enough to move it slightly in the LSU defender's hands, but defender falls on it anyway. Ruling, catch and ball out of bounds because Bama player touched the ball, however slightly, when his feet were out of bounds. No turnover. LSU fans go ballistic.

Brice Young is having a terrible game. Very off target with his passes. Announcers keep blaming it on good LSU rush. Aside from a couple of plays, Bama is controlling LSU offense--I credit the Bama defense.

If an offense sucks, and it’s an SEC game, then it’s gotta be because of the good defense. Of course.

Chop,

I'm watching our game of the big screen and watching LSU on the laptop. When Bill Bradley was DC at Baylor, he schemed, and Stoops didn't know whether to **** or go blind. I hate Kelly but his DC is running so many different looks and zone blitz' that our Hype$man winner looks like a guy lost in the Ukraine and he doesn't speak Russian or whatever they speak in Ukraine. He is totally lost. Don't know if the kid from Katy can read it any better, but right now QB is reading Chinese and WRs are reading Spanish - not even in the same book.

Bama scores after Young scrambles and throws a TD pass to one of two Bama receivers that were both wide open standing near each other near the goal line.

LSU is threatening again thanks to long scramble by QB and then pass interference on 2 successive plays.. . . .LSU now inside the 10, , , TD pass with 1:47 left. . . L SU up by 3
