OTHER GAMES

Georgia vs. Tenn should be a good game next week.

Horrid season for the ATM. 3-5 and on a 4 game losing streak. Mass should be a win for them, LSU a loss, and two pick-ems So maybe 2 more wins in total. 5-7 for the year and no bowl. Sounds vaguely familiar.

Ole Miss has planted some massive hits on that poor aggie QB.
And to think aggy believes they now have the qb that will lead them to the promised land. Jimbo throws those kids out there as lambs being led to slaughter. Year after year the anointed one doesn’t make it through one or two games before being carted off the field. Sadly, this same thing will happen to Weigman. It sure appeared as if he wasn’t all there after taking a massive hit, yet jimbo threw right back into the fire.
Wash..Rinse..Repeat

I actually thought that Weigman looked pretty good. After all, a true freshman in a pressure packed situation. Strong arm. I just hope that all of his good receivers, like Stewart, portal.

If the ags fire Jimbo, does Jimbo get to keep the fake National Championship Trophy they gave him when he took the job, Orwill aggy put it up in their vacant NC Trophy room?

That Bielema is a good coach . . . adherence to a strict code of ethics on and off the field.

We're talking about a guy who once ran out onto the field to pretend to confront an opposing player, got right in the guy's face, and then purposefully threw himself down on the ground to act like he was shoved. When the gullible ref threw a flag, Bielema got up and started dancing a jig in celebration.

Weigman showed me some flashes too. He is a freshman and taking some lumps, but he will get better.
That poor aggie QB was taking more than a few lumps yesterday. Ole Miss’ pass rush was all but gang raping him when his blocking failed—which was often. He needs a bunch of aspirin and Gatorade today.

K State had a number of really long runs up the gut. They just blocked everybody well and the RB took off for a long, long gain.

D’Onta Foreman running well for Carolina again this week. Just ran for go ahead TD. 73 rushing yards so far in first half

I am always happy to see the aggys go down.
It looks like they may also have a QB which does not please me.

However, our coach selection over the years has not exactly been knocking it out of the park and we have not exactly been filling our trophy case since 2008.

I guess it is true that misery loves company.

Looked up a little more detail - Oklahoma State never even crossed the K-State 30 yard line.
It’ll be interesting to see but with Bedlam at Norman this year and the Sooners looking as though they have righted the ship, I tend to believe that OU will win that game. So our destiny would seem to be in our own hands…

Yeah but Heupel played at OU. Texas should never, ever hire a coach who played at OU. Nothing good could possibly come of it.

Wait, what's that you say? Really??? Him?

Uhhhh, never mind.

Texans shock everyone by scoring TD after 9 play 75 yard drive on opening possession against undefeated Eagles. I think they said it was the first score of any kind on opening drive for Texans all season long. 7-0.

Saturday’s Georgia-Tennessee game will feature 25-year-old Stetson Bennett vs. 24-year-old Hendon Hooker.

11/5

A real good slate of games is set for this weekend.

Friday 11/4 - #23 Oregon St vs Washington - I don't know where Oregon St is coming from, but I suppose people think they're good.

Sat 11/5

Tennessee vs. Georgia
#1 vs #3 - the headliner game of the year thus far. Vols in a barn burner.

Texas Tech at #7 TCU - potential trap game for the undefeated Frogs. One of these teams is actually from West Texas... The other is really, really good this year. TCU will put up a lot of points on Tech's D. Can Tech pound it out on O and keep the Frogs' O on the bench?

Baylor at Oklahoma - Two disappointing teams this year. Although I'm not disappointed that they both suck.

#18 Okla St at Kansas - Can KU regain it's early season magic?

WV at Iowa St - Who knows. Probably ISU.

Houston at SMU - Ponies aren't the same without Dykes at the helm.

#6 Alabama at #10 LSU - who thought Kelly would have LSU at such lofty heights? This would normally be the headliner game. Tough road game for the Tide. LSU fans seem to really dislike Tide fans. The bounce of the ball may determine it.

Auburn at Miss St - another team the Pirate can sink. Auburn = :dumpster:

Florida at aTm -

#8 Oregon at Colorado - no pot will be smoken before, during, or after this game

#20 Syracuse at Pitt - good matchup

Minnesota at Nebraska - Tickets for under $20 available at N.

#19 Tulane at Tulsa - maybe I'll get to start promoting Tulane as the top college football program in Louisiana again? But not if the Tigers beat the Tide...

#2 Ohio State at Northwestern - Dahmer was an Ohio State Buckeye.

Air Force at Army - classic service academy game with option football on display.

Mich St at #16 Illinois - Bielema gets it done with adherence to a strict code of ethics and his general likeability. Well......, however he gets it done, he is getting it done!

#5 Michigan at Rutgers - Big Blue tears them up then parties in the Big Apple after the game! NYU nerds watch out. Bleecker St. bars will set new alcohol sales records.

#4 Clemson at unranked Notre Dame - Tigers bring Irish back down to Earth after recent Gaelic Irish victory over the Ulster Scots.

#21 Wake at #22 NC State - good matchup. Keep an eye on Wake QB Hartman -- dude is real good.

(Upper class Englishmen had some strange forms of amusement... This is what bulldogs were bred for. Reminds me of Bevo meeting Uga.)
