Baylor is taking out their frustrations from being upset by BYU on Tx State. Very lopsided. I expected more from Tx State.

That dagger right before the half seemed like it took the wind out of their sails.

However, I also question some of those decisions by SWTS to go for it on 4th down...

Of course, from a purely personal betting standpoint, I ALSO question not pushing the ball on that last series to score a touchdown that would have, as Brent Musberger would sometimes say, been meaningful to some.

I did some researching on their new head coach Lance Leipold. He won 6 national championships in DIII at Wisconsin-Whitewater. I think they may have finally gotten a real authentic football coach.

Kansas is in position to go over their win total today...let that sink in for a bit given that this is only the third game...

A couple of KU fans who were next to me at Circa last weekend did actually (and while sober) speak well of the hopes of this being a 'decent' season. And to have a 2.5 projected win total in the books and potentially be starting 3-0...they just might actually get to make bowl plans.

But yes, I ALSO believe Third Ward Junior High is truly horrid this year...
