Moo State made a bad hire of Joe Moorhead. Last year's team had an elite defense and a veteran offense; he came in, changed to his preferred offensive style, which didn't match the strengths of his players (especially QB), and lost a number of games. If Dan Mullen had been there last year, Moo State would have won a lot more games and been a tough out for anyone.

On the other hand, it looks like Kansas State may have made a really good hire. The problem in the SEC the last 5 years or so is they've not made very good coaching hires. Lots of talent here but being used poorly at too many of the second tier schools.
