OTHER GAMES

After watching Devonta Smith in this game he's like the VY of receivers. He's a gazelle out there. Maybe he should win the Heisman after all. Mac Jones doesn't have to do much with the weapons he has.

Mac Jones is amazing. Finds the open receivers every time and then throws as accurately as any college qb I ever seen.

ND is outclassed.

Like I said, with an incredible oline, a beast RB and ridiculous recievers his job is pretty straight forward. His mobility isn't exceptional, his arm strength is good and his accuracy is fine. I haven't seen anything to me that elevates him to being generational, although he is quite handsome.

Ian Book sucks however.

In this game he sure looks like it. Don't get me wrong I have no problem with Mac being a Heisman finalist. Id probably put him slightly ahead of Trask. Trask doesn't have elite arm strength as fas as I can tell but when he's got his full compliment of receivers he knows how to get them the ball.

Two good friends are both Cincinnati and Ohio State fans. They both said “that’s why Fickell isn’t HC at Ohio State. That time management was a combo of Herman-Strong bad.

Ohio State is a blue blood playing with a chip on their shoulder. Fields took this year seriously and he got more motivation. Very stupid for Dabo to slight them in the polls.

Bama will unfortunately be a different story.

Eye test says Ohio state can play with Alabama

Two teams (Bama and aOSU) that are both very, very strong in the trenches. It’s almost as if there is some sort of correlation between being strong in the trenches and being among the best teams ...

ISU 14
Oregon 7

ISU is hitting very hard. Oregon stopped ISU at the goal and is now driving. The camera really focused on Campbell when he chewed out a lineman. ISU is giving them too much time to throw.

ISU 28 Oregon 17 with ISU driving in the third. . . . Oregon stops ISU at Oregon 43, and ISU punts, but the punt hits an Oregon player's helmet, and it's recovered by ISU in the Oregon red zone (the 14).

ISU, already leading by 17, just intercepted a fourth down pass with around 3 minutes left. Fat lady singing.
