THAT'S the point! The skeletons in his closet go back quite a while. He's a terrific position coach, and one of the best recruiters out there. So what if we hire him and he doesn't immediately join the Lion's Club. We'd be hiring him to coach and recruit, and he'd be doing that just as soon as he steps off of the plane.

By the way, would he take a demotion of sorts and go back to coaching from being a head coach? THAT'S a silly question...it's a job, a good one, when he doesn't have a job right now. Coach Royal used to say "Old ugly's better than old nothing." There would be nothing ugly, either way, with Orgeron coming to Texas.

If this guy is such a damn good pize why is he still on the street looking for a job? Doc is supposedly leaving UF for WVU. Randy left Bama for the Vols despite the stink of the Means saga. Trooper Taylor gets wooed away from Vols to Okie State and yet Eddie O is still out of work. Hmmmmm......
