Oh my. I feel bad for FL St but these players have to learn not to foul at the buzzer. It has happened time and time again and there will be talk about whether or not to make that call but it was a foul...

it was definitely a foul, but i agree that when games end this way, it takes away from the effort both teams put out. Very tough for FSU to have their season end that way.

She got fouled. Refs have to call it. Refs should have called it at the men's A&M and UCLA game.

I agree Babhorn. Like they said on ESPN, they isolated Riley so that she could make the play...you can't allow a foul to go uncalled when the player was within scoring range.

HOWEVER, how many fouls did FL St. have at the time? I don't think Riley was shooting...I think she was trying to pass. Was OSU in the double bonus?

I COMPLETELY agree with you. A&M should have gone to the line. That was just one of the worst ref blunders I have seen. The day after the A&M loss, the sports page in my paper ran a huge photo of the final second shot attempt clearly showing the foul. Bad call. Bad call.

I didn't like seeing this call for OSU but I agree that the call has to be made.

Looked at the play-by-play and counted the second half fouls...that foul was the tenth so they were in the double bonus.
