I do not think the handling of this is going to be passively accepted without an investigation and a very thorough review and debate of this matter.
 
It would be more dangerous to not take out a top al Qaeda leader when we have the chance. ya know, the group the attacked us on 911 and the reason we have had soldiers in Afghanistan for nearly a decade.

the issue is the hypocrisy.
either all of you,.the MSM, and dem pols think terrorists are entitled to due process or you don't.

Add in these 2 were American citizens and the hypocrisy deepens.
Obma campaigned on restoring habeas corpus to terrorists including KSM< known ADMITTED planner of 9/11
and even tried to bring him to our country for civilian trial.
Many of you on here thought that would show the world how great we are. How giving KSM who is NOT a citizen, the chance to be accused in our court of law is the right thing to do/

many of you decry capital punishment, again because we should be better than that

and now all of you are cheering Obama for killing 2 American citizens who were never accused in a court of law.

If KSM deserved a civil trial why didn't the 2 American citizens?

So Obama dusted an American citizen who had quite obviously become one very bad actor.

But at least he didn't water board him. So we have that going for us.
 
Is the whole notion of "wanted: dead or alive" Constitutional? If so and if BHO is the commander in chief (still no unedited photograph of his birth certificate), could this not be construed as law enforcement?
 
If Obama **** gold and paid off the deficit today the republicans would find something wrong with it. The Obama administration is achieving goals against terrorism for pennies on the dollar what the Bush administration failed to do.

And how come republicans only get religious about paying off the deficit they created when their man isn't in office? Cleaning up Bush's fuckups is not an easy task.
 
And just to follow up:

Those same independents will not be able to ignore the fact that Obama was the one that got bin laden. They will appreciate the fact that we have a prez who actually DOES get our enemies, instead of bs cowboy talk. With these terrorist killings, Obama has effectively removed foreign policy and tough on defense as arrows in the repub quiver.

Why did Bin Laden open his mouth days before the 2004 election? He wanted dumbfuck who was bleeding his country dry to stay president instead of someone who might actually present a danger to him.
 
Uh, just for the sake of clarity, we still have "Dubya's" 2 wars in progress. In fact, Obama escalated the efforts in Afganistan and started new wars without any congressional authority.
 
Obama was one of the few against the war in iraq, thats how he got elected.

To lump iraq in as an unpreventable consequence of 911 is beyond ridiculous.
