Go to the TEA website and review the testing results by race since 2003. Changing demographics with no substantial change in results by race. The judge was simply lowering the standards that could not be met by those races. Doesn't make them bad people, but just as the results of testing by TEA, the affected applicants are not intelliectually at the same level as a group compared to the white applicants. I am sure there were Blacks and Hispanics that passed the tests and were hired during the same period, but as a group they lagged behind the white applicants. That's life. The judge gave them the jobs they shouldn't have gotten.
