The plaques will be reinstalled a part of a memorial plaza outside the northwest corner of the stadium. The design will make them much more visible and prominent than they were before.
Honestly, if you're entering from that entrance, you won't be able to miss them. They released a rendering of the plaza including how the plaques are displayed about a year ago, but I can't seem to find it. I'll post it if I do.
