The conflict created by an internal investigation thing during a major ticking-time-bomb crisis is pretty worn out as a plot technique.

Just saying....
 
Heck he shot Chapelle why wouldn't I believe he shot Ms. freckles. I know it is a bit cliched and the replaying of the same sort of internal items like the investigations, etc gets annoying, but I still really love the show and the overall theme of it. I still love Jack Bauer, and Tony. I think this season is better than the last but probably not as good as seasons 2-4.
 
How did Jack find time to alert CTU where to find the lady FBI agent he shot and covered up with dirt ????
 
That stabbing scene was as grisly as anything I've seen on network TV. Maybe I'm getting softer in my old age, but that was a bit much. Borderline pornography.
 
i was sad to see the chick get stabbed. she was pretty hot. I was also sad to see the poonanny first lady errr man live. that whole story line is ****.

this show misses david palmer in a very big way.

Bill Buchanan has not aged well since we last saw him.

this episode was pretty lame really, but i am still in for the season. we will see where it goes.

Jack was wearing a wire. You'll remember it was used when Jack was first interrogated by Emerson. They overheard the conversations and knew where to go.
