Nikki Green, by the way, is down to Texas, Rutgers, LSU and Penn State, in about that order, she said. Green expects to take official visits to each and make her commitment afterward

Green is ranked 28th in the Class of 2009. She is a club teammate of Cokie Reed.

It's great to be in the final list of schools for great post players such Monique Oliver, Cokie Reed, and Nikki Green. Hopefully we will be in Kelsey Bone's final list, as well.

Unfortunately, in recruiting players, if you don't finish first in the end, you may as well finish last.

I hope it's Texas but my money is on Rutgers for both Reed and Green.

I think we got an excellent chance of getting both Greene and Reed. This 2009 class is going to be interesting as all get to see who signs. I bet Flores is pushing Texas.

Getting either Reed or Green would be awesome. It may take two playes like that to defend Griner. If we get those two we are immediately top 5 material.

Top 5? Not sure about that. Top 10 in 2010 very good chance. Add Bone to that class, Texas & Coach G will be looking mighty good.
