New approach to voter fraud

when you have a deputized registrar on vid saying it is important to copy the phone numbers off voter registration forms so they can call let that is a tad more than a he said /she said

of course if what is in front of one doesn't fit one's agenda one can always use the old
"are you going to believe me or your lying eyes( and ears)"

let's see how this plays out. Unless you are a registered voter in Texas this won't affect you directly.

Quit being obtuse.

One of the issues, as has being pointed about before, is whether a deputized registrar is the same thing as a registrar and is therefore bound by what the election code states about what a registrar may not do.

Obtuse?
I have several times in this thread brought up that same point. is a VDR required to follow same election rules?

and after bringing it up I have also pointed out that it would be strange to have deputized registrars able to do things that violate what registrars can do

Mich be honest
do you truly have any doubt that a deputy volunteer registrar could operate differently than a county registrar/
plus
The Texas SoS office and several county election commissioners or county voter registrars including Travis county feel that all rules apply to voluntary deputy voter registrars who are trained and certified by the registrars in their respective counties.

Plus
this from the Texas Election Code chapter 12
'§ 12.006. REGULAR DEPUTY REGISTRARS. (a) The registrar
may appoint one or more deputy registrars to assist in the
registration of voters.
(b) In this code, "regular deputy registrar" means a deputy
registrar appointed under this section.
(c) Except as provided by Subsection (d), a regular deputy
registrar has the same authority as the registrar, subject to the
registrar's supervision.
(d) A regular deputy registrar may not hear or determine a
challenge under this title."

again Mich do you honestly think there is any doubt a volunteer deputy registrar can NOT act contrary to election rules a regular registrar must follow?

Looks like the use of the term "voter fraud" was a gross exaggeration of the truth.
But you had your talking points in order.
