Borton and Goestenkors Renew Coaching Battle
Like their schools, the respective head coaches - Minnesota’s Pam Borton and Texas’ Gail Goestenkors - get to renew an NCAA battle on the sidelines. Borton and her Gophers’ defeated Goestenkors and her then-No. 1 ranked Duke Blue Devils (82-75) in the 2004 Mideast Region final, sending Minnesota to its first Final Four appearance. Goestenkors is in her first season at Texas.

Don't know why. But the coverage map showed Texas would be seeing the Horns game on ESPN2 with the whiparound on ESPN2HD. I'm just glad it's on ESPN2 in Austin.
