I'm tired of sharing my oxygen with that piece of ****. They really couldn't find anyone better to sing the national anthem at the super bowl? ? Really?? Seriously, she needs to go back to her hole and never come out again.

This isn't the first time the Super Bowl organizers goofed with singers at the game and it won't be the last.

I'm amazed that people were able to listen to her entire performance. I had to put the volume on mute until she finished.

I agree Willie woulda been cool.

But if they were going to cater to a younger crowd why not get a famous local like Norah Jones or Kelly Clarkson. Either wouldve done a much better job.

Does the singer of the anthem really "cater to a crowd." If a person isn't going to watch the SB, do they really tune in for five minutes to watch their favorite singer sing?

To be fair she just joins a long list of people who have screwed it up. Heck Whitney Houston in 1991 was so worried she would mess it up she pre-recorded it and lip synched it, maybe they should have everyone do that.

I have never been a big fan of ANY singer/group singing the anthem. I am of the opinion that they should have a band or recording play the song and the crowd should sing it.

I just feel like its our song and we should all sing it.

My two cents.
