my mother-in-law's chili recipe

She let me in on her secret recipe.

You take a bucket of:

add a little bit of ground beef.

Then add a dash of

Chili%20Powder.jpg


Put it all in a big pot, heat on medium until it's warm, or till you're hungry enough to eat beans.


She knows I'm from Texas, so she said if I wanted it spicier, I could add some more chili powder.

Oh well. It was way better than Ohio chili.
 
i agree, beans with some meat in it sounds way better than the vegetarian **** my wife is cooking because my hippie sister is in town visiting.

oh well, butternut squash puree for me tonight.
 
That chili recipe is definitely not too Texan!. No beans in chili first of all. But if you have to put them in there baked beans are the last you should consider.
