She's been in some pain the last few months, but it got a lot worse this past week and weekend. She stayed in bed all day Saturday because of it. She's had some 'female' tests run, but they didn't find anything. She was scheduled to have a colonoscopy this Friday...but she couldn't wait that long. My dad took her to the hospital this morning. They're going to run more tests to try and figure out what is causing so much pain in her abdomen.
We don't have anything run in the family except diabetes. Cancer doesn't, nor do any organ ailments. But who knows?
I'm a real jackass to her at times, but that doesn't mean I don't love her unconditionally. I take her for granted, definitely. But I can't imagine the world without her. My dad would also be lost. He's told me before that anytime he's not with her, he feels lost and alone. So I can't imagine him living without her for an extended time.
Please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers. I'll update y'all on her condition. Hopefully it's nothing too major.
