My brother got a second DWI last night.

Ken Gibson here in Austin is a good DWI attorney that handles nothing but DWI cases. He should at least go meet with him and see what he thinks.

by the way, your brother is an idiot. I have no sympathy for him, or anyone that drives drunk and gets pulled over.

Inlcude a cab in your budget. Cheaper than an attorney, losing your job, your freedom, your self-respect, etc. Or drink at home. Or stop drinking. Or prepare yourself for jail and/or the ignominy of harming others, even those you love.

No other choices I can think of.

Holy ****. He's not going to jail. This is Bexar County.

I actually think jail would have knocked some sense into him.

I hope he can turn around his life.

Take him to an AA meeting. I got serious about it after my first DWI. There I met a man that went to prison for vehicular manslaughter by killing a family of 3 while drinking and driving, a guy that went to prison for killing a family driving drunk on his graduation night, and a bunch of people helped me to realize the stupidity of my ways.

Many people have driven drunk and don't have a problem with being an alcoholic. But someone that manages to go to extremes to soon after his probation is over, might need to see what he is headed for if he doesn't get himself under control
