Moro Ojomo's comments

I tried to PM you but was unable. You must have me blocked, which would make your post ironic, if so. Maybe you just don't accept PMs.

I reached out to a few posters the last few days. A couple basically gave me a big F U. I unignored one poster and that was a good thing. Another guy, well, he and I agreed to disagree.

Yes, those guys, I imagine we could "hug it out". The others who took my olive branch and slapped it away, well, I doubt hugs would be forthcoming.
Hi Chicago-
I’m not sure why a PM didn’t get through and if I set ‘no PMs’ as a global setting, I don’t know how I did. If so that was not it intentional.
I’ll check.
But good point and truly I scanned through and read posts and could not tell you who wrote what to any level of accuracy, so my post was not intended at you or anyone else individually.
My rule starting a year or so ago was to ban myself from Horn fans for roughly a week after a loss because it can turn into a slap fight. I was part of several years ago until I decided to recuse myself after a loss.
Scouts honor- i didn’t block you as I truly enjoy your posts.

I’m not convinced OU will make it to the Big 12 championship. They could easily lose two more games. If Caleb Williams starts against TCU, Patterson will DARE him to throw up those 50-50 balls.
Man - I’ve said this to anyone that would listen. I’ll take nothing from OU, they won.
However that QBs throws were really lucky throws to covered WRs that could as easily been intercepted

No worries. It was no big deal, really. It was a PM to agree with your comment on hugging it out.

i think message boards make difficult situations more difficult.

We're all supposed to have opinions. sometimes they're in the heat of the moment. sometimes they're after we think a while. but we seem to be entrenched in whatever we say, rarely ever changing once it's in written word.

i didn't come here after i got home from the game because i was tired and emotionally spent from the game and fair. i didn't want to hear totally revved up opinions.

but i DO think that it's ok for people to be wired differently. there are players and coaches that work 110%, play 110%, prepare 110%, and don't get too worked up. i see nothing wrong with that.

there are fans that get worked up quickly and are extremely passionate in their fandom. i'm ok with that too.

i guess i don't like that we're so negative about both (actually whichever side you're on, you're so negative about the other).

let's let people be different.

I’m thinking they take an L somewhere down the Big XII road. We still hold our destiny.

ou has at least 1 loss on their schedule. (They seemingly let down in a game they should win by a large margin.)

Man I hate when people are different than me or have opinions that I don’t agree with.
I’ve always thought what a beautiful world this would be if everyone was just like me.
But then again, our economy would be in shambles as I dropped ACCT 101 in high school after two days.

Did you ever work for Enron?

NR Horn, looking forward to meeting you Thurs. evening @ the HF tailgate at the legendary Frank X Tolbert's Chili Parlor in Grapevine!

Did anyone else watch the Sark Longhorn Weekly show? I am watching it right now.

Maybe Ojomo was feeling the pain, as Sark said. We really don't know and can't tell from his comments.

However, Sarkisian himself said that if any of the players weren't feeling the pain and/or this loss didn't sting, then he would have a real problem on his hands. He went on to say that if that was the case, "...this might not be the right thing for you."

So, some of us saw the interview and felt Ojomo did not appear that this loss stung and he was feeling the pain from it. We said basically what Sark said.

Do y'all now have some vitriol to spew against Sark? Is it only okay for him to say that and not fans on a message board?

Given he is their head coach, it is more okay for him to say it.

Given he is their head coach, he certainly has far more insight into the players' attitudes and mental state than we do, and so is in a better position to publicly ruminate on it.

Too many kids on this team, defense in particular, have no heart.

And they are not hungry. Seems that some of the few that are hungry are pushing too hard and screwing up.

Made the statement in the first quarter today that Casey appeared to be pushing too hard and forcing the issue.

Lowell, Fozzy, and Griff are more emotional right now on Texas Gameday Final than this guy and the clowns on the bus last week in Ames were.
