Alright--TV timeout with less than four minutes to play. Texas has an 11-point lead and the ball. Let's put this one away, 'Horns.

Huge board and putback there for Hamilton our 17th missed FT.

This 11 point lead sure seems tenuous. Come on Texas put em away.

This may be the worst collective free throw shooting i have ever seen by one team.

If I was Missouri I would foul them every time and make Texas beat me at the line. That is Texas only weakness, they cannot consistently hit free throws. In a close game these misses will be huge.

We are perfecting that rebound off the miss though. lol

I don't buy Mizzu's press causing the missed FTs. It's not the guards that are missing FTs.

Missouri isn't hitting enough shots to press consistently.

D has been outstanding. We hold them to around 60 against a team that wants to press. Jordan with 13 boards. Lots to like about tonight. Just get to 68% from the line and this look like another great game.

Last year we lose this game, this year this team is just able to over come so much. Terrible to see the FT bug back but they kept playing tough d and made the shots and FT's when they had to in order to put this team away.

Like I said after Okie Lite, I'll take it. Damn if that FT shooting isn't going to really bite us in the *** one of these days though.

I do love the effort from this team. I complain too much though.

I have thought all year that aggy in B/CS was a sure loss. I still think it is most likely of all games left that we lose but this team is just showing so much heart. This past 4 game stretch has seen them win three games against top 12 ranked teams and go on road to Stillwater and win in a tough place to win for road teams. If any Texas team is going to break our losing streak in aggyland it is this one.

Not a great game for our 'Horns but a great result. We'll need to play much sharper at aggy on Monday. Reed Arena will be deafening.

I like our boys chances, though.

my favorite was when gary johnson ended up sprawled next to the texas cheerleaders. he stayed down for a bit laughing it up with them. smart guy that gary.

Jordan Hamilton turned in an MVP performance tonight. His 16 points led the team in scoring, his 13 boards tied TT for the game high, and his five assists equaled Dogus and Mizzou's P.Pressey for game highs.

Jordan's such a sneaky rebounder. He's great at bodying up a defender who has better position and then leaning on him and reaching over him for the board. He got called for it a couple of times tonight, but he also got away with it a couple of times.

He's the total package.

Heck of an effort to overcome the FT shooting. The Texas D is stifling. I think many of the guys are inspired by Balbay and they play harder. Gonna have to play 40, maybe 45 minutes on Monday night with high intensity to win. Do it Horns!!!
