LC, I think it cuts both ways. Texas should not be able to shop for a new coach while under contract with Herman and complain about Herman shopping for a landing spot at the same time ... just my $.02

But was the school itself actually doing the shopping? I don't believe it was. Granted, the big-cigars are often joined at the hip, BUT absent a seat on the Board of Regents or employment in an official capacity, they would remain private citizens, capable of seeking an audience with whoever they want to gauge interest in coming to the 40 Acres.

That is VERY different from an allegation of Herman seeking out another position whilst under contract...
