To both of your points, I think we could have lost a one or two more games than we did last year, if not for Dickson. He also kept us in a couple of games that we really had no realistic shot at winning thanks to our pathetic offense. That is just how bad our offense was and how awesome Dickson is.

I thought it was good-natured. Herman seems like one of those who will let you know he likes you and respects you with a little teasing. And Dickson seems like the kind of guy who enjoys a good ribbing.

 
i thought it was more funny. i actually assume dickson and herman had a good relationship. it's an old school coach hangover. i don't like old school coaching really, but my guess is that this is more tongue-in-cheek razzing.

Holy crap, did he become a Chippendales dancer? I mean, I get that punters dont make that much but there are better ways to boost finances.

Dickson and his twin brother in matching Hugh Hefner label evening wear at a kids water park just outside of Melbourne.

After 2 pre-season games, Dickson’s punting stats are very good for only 6 punts, average is 51.1 yds, net 50.2 yds, and his long is 61 yds.

Seattle’s current punter, Ryan, has punted 5 times with 45.6 yds average, net of 29.8 yds, and a long of 57 yds.

Looks like MD can sew this thing up in the next couple of weeks. But it is the NFL and decisions on players defy logic sometimes.
 
The Seahawks cut John Ryan, their punter for the past 10yrs. This might allow him to catch on elsewhere. Aside from Dickson's impressive camp so far, he's also 1/3rd the cost. The Hawks saved $2.6m in cap space by releasing Ryan.
