Media to investigate Bachman's foster kids

Well, I'm a John Stewart fan and I'll say that even as a comedian he's less partisan and fairer to opponents than Fox news. For the record, he was making fun of Cain suggesting bills should be 2-3 pages long, not particularly realistic unless you give the executive branch carte blanche on implementation. Also, while John Stewart expanded on Cain remarks in a sing songy black preacher's voice, it also showed a clip of Cain speaking in a sing songly black preacher's voice. Stewart has also mocked the voice of Charlie Rangel, Barak Obama, the Jewish mother and all sorts of others during his comedy routine, and even the Herman Cain thing was way more respectful the the "uh reveuhrund jackson' that Rush Limbaugh frequently trots out.
 
The problem of course, is that Cain wasn't saying all bills should be 2-3 pages long. His point was that it was ridiculous to propose 2,000 page legislation that no one reads or understands and then claim to be transparent.

We can all pretend that this is what we meant - when we all know it isn't - or we can ask whether the point he was trying to make was valid.
 
I am waiting for Johnnym or Roma to explain how the media can give attention to or invade the privacy of Michelle Bachman's 23 foster kids without investigating..

Their names have never been made public so if any media source comes out with a factual story on them including names that would mean an INVESTIGATION.
 
not that the semantics of this might matter to some, but none of the 23 foster kids that Ms. Bachmann looked after from 1992 to 1998 are kids at this point. They are all adults.

She hasn't had foster kids under her care in over 13 years.
 
By the way if Fox news claimed that Jon Stewart questioned Cain's ability to read, it was a damned lie. Stewart simply had some fun with him saying he didn't like/have time to read long bills. By the way, the tone that Cain used in a clip and Stewart's supposed mockery are pretty close in cadence and tone. Videotaping kids walking with their parents or photographing people in a public place do not constitute an "investigation." You know that. Stop pretending you don't just to support your false title.

Chelsea Clinton wasn't "investigated" by Rush Limbaugh. The Bush twins in college were not "investigated" when they were photographed in public. The "attention" that was given them is because of who they were associated with. Otherwise, who cares about Chelsea's looks or what the Bush twins do in college?

Is it getting clearer? I wouldn't want you to think my ignoring your absurd question dilutes its absurdity.

The media did not need to investigate to find out the names of Chelsea Jenna or Laura. They had already been in public with their parents.

None of Bachman's foster children are known.Can You name one of her foster kids?

why yes yes I could have named chelsea. Don't forget she was the first daughter of the Gov of Arkansas for 8 years The Bush twins were the first daughters of Texas and granddaughters of POTUS 41 .
Plus during the campaigns the children were listed on bios and at candidate web sites. As are Bachman's biological children now.
So No investigation needed.

Bachman has been in a public office for 11 years and so far all of the chldren she fostered have remained nameless.
 
I congratulate you on your creepy knowledge of the children of state governors. My guess is that that is not the norm.

Interestingly, your post proves my point. You won't see it, but it does.

You think it creepy that while Clinton was gov of Ark and his family was well known I as a resident of Dallas, which gets plenty of Ark news AND as I travelled frequently to Ark for business which of course had Ark news on their tv stations including news on the Ark first family

Now, in 11 years Not one of Bachman's foster children's names have ever been made public.
I find it creepy that ABC now thinks those foster children will have to get use to loss of privacy.How will media find out any of the foster childrens names and stories?
I find THAT creepy.
