I agree with what a couple of other posters have said about his biggest value for at least the first couple of years being his recruiting as much as his position coaching, whatever position that may be. A lot of coaching staffs have a guy who is noted for his recruiting prowess more than position coaching and Major may fall in that category for now, though long term I do think he will be a top notch OC and maybe HC.
