Looks like we might have another

i have similar questions re: the # of wideouts in this class in the event that we do get both mike and the FW wonder. i would expect those two would play a good bit, but there will always be some who don't work out. and there will be surprises.

all i know is that there is some sick talent in this class at wr. coaches will throw them together, let them compete, and the cream will rise to the top. and the cream of this crop looks to be very sweet indeed. Wow!

I sure would like a link if not from when this was posted, maybe now it is older info if info at all. I hope it is but with no linky...

i believe tony jeffries redshirted and graduated after roy, bj, and sloan had all left. In fact, on vince's long TD run in the rose bowl against michigan, TJ is the one blocking and chasing after vince.

i've seen it again just now on another horn board where someone is doubting freshman playing time will be there next year. you and i saw with our own eyes that goodwin saw the field a lot this year. and that's with shipley still around. if a kid comes in hot he'll play.

Williams and Buckner played a decent amount last year, too. Just like Kirkendoll and Collins before them.

Sorry, guys, you are right. Can't believe I didn't mention Sloan. Right, again, about Tony redshirting.

I can remember Musberger, in my favorite broadcast, saying the, "kiddie corps is lighting it up in Austin" in our game against A&M. It was Simms, Thomas, Williams, and Johnson, and they did light it up on Thanksgiving. Awesome!
