mathis is a junior college transfer verbally committed to a&m. i haven't heard anything about him signing anywhere yet.

Per DMN, the signing for Skyline and other DISD recruits is noon, and Jeffcoat is to sign at 9:30 am: Link. Per Ketchum, Cobbs is supposed to sign at 10am (11am according to other sites).

Perhaps that explains the delay for some of the LOIs (although some recruits appear to be signing before the scheduled time, so it could happen earlier).
