Much like the WNBA, why?

it's not like the wnba at all, except maybe set plays from the corner.

basketball is more about skill, strength, and athleticism. but soccer is much more elegant and discipline makes a huge difference. a beautiful game of soccer does not require elite strength and athleticism.

that being said, there are girls on the team that are straight line speed athletes, and i don't like watching them with the ball as they are awkward. not true for all.
