FYI.

I just put a big wad of cash down on a new condo today, and already knew that I couldn't afford tickets this fall. But, your post was like dropping me into a vat of salt water with open wounds all over my scrote. Thanks for the update.

That's some kind of fancy. I'm sure the Aggie nation will be beating their chests next year about how their fajita bar is longer and what not else.

Why do the rich folks get cocktails and the rest of us get thrown out of the stadium for bringing in a flask? Hypocrisy at its finest. How about banning beer in the student section and selling it to the rest of us?

Remember when Randall's didn't sell alcohol? When they acquired Tom Thumb they realized it was silly to sell beer/wine in Austin, but not in Houston. I don't expect Belmont to understand the same logic.

Why would we expect logic from an organization that is constantly begging us for money, yet charges the same price for tickets on the lower level between the 40's as they do for very last row of the upper deck behind the end zone.

I see a profit opportunity. I'll gladly pay $3 over the fence for a burger. Cheese and Ketchup only please.

Do the club sections food vendors lose money? Why else subsidize it by making everyone have a $25 surcharge?

I have sat in the east side club section many times and I would rather spend $25 per game on booze. I never ate the food there during the game (or before/after). I have eaten at the UT club just not on gameday.

i'm kinda pissed about the charges per ticket. i have 2 and i guarantee i'm not going to eat that much or drink that much water. not to mention, i don't remember being told this when i forked over the dough to reserve the seats.

you seriously don't eat ketchup on a hamburger? Right? I mean $25 for all you can eat is steep, but maybe explainable. Ketchup on a burger is what is inexcusable.
