Lets kill the Wicked Witch in the Texas Primary

I'm not a Democrat. I would be considered conservative on many issues. However, I find so many Republicans to be frightening. I Read the crap posted on this thread and I fear for the sanity of our poor country.

God bless Texas!

There are plenty of people who are against Hillary because she is a woman. Of course, no one on this board would be included in that category. I know people who have flat out stated they would never vote for a woman. Most people would not admit it, but they are out there.
You think there aren't people against Obama because of race?

To my knowledge, Hillary Clinton has never said:

"For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country..."

-Michelle Obama made that statement yesterday in Milwaukee. She is 44 years old.

So...she hasn't taken pride in America during her adult life....a span of several decades. But now...she's "proud" of the country because people are voting for her husband? And this couple wants to live in the White House??

Say what you want about the "witch" Hillary Clinton....but Hillary was working on presidential campaigns and contributing to America long before the Obamas were old enough to be ashamed of it.

While I don't much care for the verbage or tone of the initial post or this thread, I do have to dispute much of what the Hillary fans/defenders have to say.

Maureen Dowd's column captures it very well. I DESPISE Hillary about as much as I have despised any politician (she's in the Tom DeLay class, in my book). It's not because she's a woman.

I have voted for plenty of women for a variety of positions, and will do so again, including in this very election, including for some offices that are traditionally VERY male-dominated (District Attorney, etc.). I often vote for minorities, women, etc. -- if you are a person of integrity, you'll probably get my vote.

However, I DO get tired of ******** victim rhetoric -- "oh, I guess you're just not ready for a woman president." And if I didn't support Obama, there would be plenty who would say "oh, I guess you're just not ready for a black president." Sure, there are bassackwards folks out there who do not support those candidates because they are female, black, etc. -- but to lump ALL opposition in with them is intellectually lazy, and a complete and total cheap shot.

I don't like Hillary because of her Machiavellian thirst for power, and willingness to do or say anything to get it. I do not like Hillary because I cannot trust a single thing she says. I do not like Hillary because, on the one hand she freely plays the "oh, I guess some of you aren't ready to vote for a woman" card, while playing with the other hand the pathetic "vote for the Ma and get the Pa" card.

I don't like Hillary because she is utterly Machiavellian and disingenuous. I don't care what kind of plumbing you have between your legs -- if those two words can describe you, I won't be voting for you.

Hillary's experience:
1) Vote for War without reading estimate on WMD.
2) Vote to make Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization.
3) Skip the vote to remove TeleCom immunity from FISA.
