L O S T 2/21

so i was bored one day and started watching season 1 on abc.com. in claire's first episode, the psychic says that grave things happen if claire does not raise the baby, that a great evil befalls either "them" or "her" (i dont remember at the moment but its within the first 20 minutes of the ep if anyone wants to watch it) because she gives up the baby. now that we see kate with the baby, maybe claire isnt dead and in the process of giving up aaron, something horrible happens to the people that jack/hurley/co leave behind? i dont check blogs or lostpedias so i'm just throwing that out there..

Am I blind or has anyone talked about this...

Daniel Faraday is conducting experiments on the island. ..and there's something called Faraday's Law of Induction (doesn't mean anything to me... I just remember the name) -The Link - that has to do with electromagnetic induction(whatever that is). Is there a connection? Nothing is coincidental on Lost.

I read an interview where they said his name was influenced by that. So I think the connection is the homage to the guy and that obviously speaks to what the experiments involve.

The producers said in an interview that some thought went into all the names of the Freighter Folks' along with the names of any books you see in the show.
